These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of SerdarHub (Meta App ID: 995096406774629, also operated under the name reklamci.ai), an application operated by Serdar Doğan Dijital (“we”, “us”). By connecting a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp business asset to SerdarHub, or by using it, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
SerdarHub is an internal advertising management tool. Our authorized staff use it to create and manage ad campaigns, publish content, respond to comments and messages, collect lead form submissions and report performance for businesses that have engaged us for digital marketing services. It is not offered to the general public.
2. Authorization
A business that connects its assets confirms that it owns them or is authorized to grant access to them, and that it may lawfully allow us to manage them on its behalf. Access can be withdrawn at any time by removing the app in Facebook’s Business integrations settings or in Meta Business Manager.
3. Acceptable use
- SerdarHub is used only in compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Advertising Standards and Commerce Policies, and the WhatsApp Business policies.
- It is not used to send spam, to collect data beyond what is needed for the service, or to access any account without its owner’s permission.
- Client businesses are responsible for the lawfulness of their ad content, offers and lead forms.
4. Data and privacy
Our processing of data is described in the SerdarHub Privacy Policy. Deletion requests can be made as described on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
5. Third-party platforms
SerdarHub depends on Meta’s APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by Meta, including ad rejections or account restrictions. Advertising spend is charged by Meta directly to the ad account owner.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any particular advertising result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The scope of our paid services and responsibilities toward each client is set out in the separate service agreement signed with that client.
7. Termination
Either party may stop using the service at any time. When a business removes access, we stop accessing its assets and delete related data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Kütahya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes are published on this page with a new date.

Bu koşullar, Serdar Doğan Dijital tarafından işletilen SerdarHub uygulamasının (Meta uygulama kimliği: 995096406774629) kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamaya bir Facebook, Instagram veya WhatsApp işletme varlığı bağlayan ya da uygulamayı kullanan kişi bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılır.
Hizmet: SerdarHub, dijital pazarlama hizmeti verdiğimiz markaların reklam kampanyalarını yönetmek, içerik yayımlamak, yorum ve mesajları yanıtlamak, form kayıtlarını toplamak ve performansı raporlamak için yetkili personelimizin kullandığı şirket içi bir araçtır.
Yetki: varlığını bağlayan işletme, bu varlıkların sahibi ya da yetkilisi olduğunu kabul eder. Erişim, Facebook “İş Entegrasyonları” ayarından veya Meta İşletme Yöneticisi’nden her an kaldırılabilir.
Kullanım kuralları: uygulama yalnızca Meta Platform Koşulları, Geliştirici Politikaları, Reklam Standartları ve WhatsApp Business politikalarına uygun kullanılır; spam veya izinsiz erişim için kullanılmaz. Reklam içeriklerinin hukuka uygunluğundan müşteri işletme sorumludur.
Sorumluluk: hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur, belirli bir reklam sonucu garanti edilmez; Meta kaynaklı kesinti, ret veya kısıtlamalardan sorumlu değiliz. Ücretli hizmetin kapsamı her müşteriyle imzalanan ayrı sözleşmede belirlenir.
Veri: Gizlilik Politikası ve Veri Silme Talimatları geçerlidir.
Uygulanacak hukuk: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku; uyuşmazlıklarda Kütahya mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
